We aim to process all refund requests fairly and promptly in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States.
You may return physical books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the books are in their original condition.

After we process your refund, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. This typically takes 3-5 business days but may vary depending on your financial institution.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
For the Curated Reading Path service, you may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty goods for a full refund and may be entitled to additional remedies for defective products or services.
